Description
PHP-NUKE is a complete, free, open-source Content Management System (CMS) written in PHP. It lets you create a news site or full web portal with everything you need: sections, user management, comments, a forum, and more.
The system includes a full admin panel, multi-language support, a templating system, membership management, a voting system, a news archive, and the ability to install additional modules.
